Windows 95 will always have such an angelic sound to me, almost like a sunrise.

It's sad that we hardly hear starting sounds anymore or experience the joy that goes along. Starting a PC back in the day was an act of transporting yourself into a different world for a few hours. Now, I just put my laptop's flap down as soon as I am done without much regard to logging off or shutting down. And since I would just as quickly start staring at my cellphone, there's no changing of worlds. It's the same digital world everywhere - just different devices.

I’m incredibly grateful that I had a chance to experience Windows 98 and XP in my childhood. Now I’m 22 and having Windows 10… just made me wondering that I deeply miss the earlier sounds of Windows that just made your life better before social media existed.
