why didn't you take the equation as f+mgsin() -T=0 as there will also be a force due to mgsintheta? please answer to this query?

How can we say that friction will be muN only . The friction is static and value of friction can be less than limiting friction??
We should first write equation in terms of tension only and then tan that will come mg/2T then we can say that to minimize tan thita tension should be maximum.and maximum tension can be muN only.
Correct me if I am wrong, please
