You don‘t need Paragon Software. I used TransMac Trial and when burning the dmg to the USB Stick the program asked me if I want to enlarge the Volume. I checked the checkbox and it did exactly what you did in Paragon Software :-)

I had a MacBook Air 1466 with Sierra. I had to erase and reinstall because giving laptop to my kid. After the install format I was getting an error “the installer information on the recovery server is damaged” so after tries and tries, this video made my windows bootable to work. HDD died on mid 2011 iMac, so disk utility wasn't an option.
