I have a Mac that is two weeks old. It won’t update to this version or the next.

plzz help I didn't updated it but It got updated on its own
now the font size has changed and its not the same as it was
plus the auto brightness feature got removed too and now I can't turn it off and adjust my brightness '
I wonder what's more left ti see please help me
