INGREDIENTS
1/2 kilo ground meat
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, minced
1 carrot, grated
1/4 cup oyster sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
kinchay or spring onions
