How to Use GPT-4 with Images?!! 🤔#shorts

I saw some tweets about how to use images with GPT-4 while I was at work, and all day I was wondering how to do this.

The new ChatGPT4 was recently released by OpenAI and there was a lot of hype surrounding some videos where GPT4 was analyzing images. So naturally, most people thought this was something that they would have access to right away.

So in this video I discuss using images with Chatgpt and if it is currently possible.

Uhh it’s because you didn’t use gpt 4 (the paid version). That icon is green, meaning that’s gpt 3.5 which can’t take images. But gpt 4 can

1. if you enable the python interpreter you can give it any files (e.g. images) but it won't be able to interpret it. it can only do what it's able with python. like you can make it use some program to analyze or edit it

Apparently, you can put a link in and explain where on the page the image is located (like in the example of designing a web page from an image) GPT will respond to this part...So not the same as an upload though.

You can’t upload an image of playgrounds, you can also set models restrictions and intentions. This has been available since February 2023.
