I think the version of GPT-4 that Bing chat uses is a nerfed dumbed down version. It's not fully fledged. It was giving 4 line answers to a question that the open AI version gives a 40 line answer to.

ChatGPT4 isn’t what it used to be. You ask for something with a specifically ranged word count and the chat gives a false word count and a quarter of the words needed. Seems, ChatGPT now lies.

Bing is NOT using ChatGPT 4 in any of its modes. It clearly states ChatGPT 4 is only available for Plus accounts. You might want to update this video title.

This is not true, bing is much more limited than gpt4, there is no way for it to use 4 as a base, just test complex requests in both with the same question and compare how they do, gpt4 is way ahead

Not to mention the huge differences between gpt-4 Plus and bing chat. Bing chat is optimized for websearch, Gpt-4 have a lot of good stuff, which makes it a lot more better than bing chat..
