Thanks for the update! I totally understand your position. It's a lot of work having to take your camera everywhere, film everything, then go home and spend hours editing the video, then rewatching it to make sure everything is done correctly. Big commitment especially if it's just a side hobby. With kids and a wife it makes things that much harder because you have to be able to budget your time in such a way that your family does not feel neglected. Family first always. I think people who get upset about the lack of videos don't fully grasp the amount of time and commitment it takes. Glad to see you again Crocket!

Thank you for posting this. I'm in the same boat. I do miss the purpose I had in creating, the journey to discover and teach, share and motivate. I appreciate your outdoor vids the most, those were the big reasons for subbing, recall those snowy hike camping vids Scout? Great stuff.

I can totally understand about the pulling out the camera stuff. I take hikes with my wife and dog and when I capture a photo or video it kinda ruins the experience and makes it seem like I only wanted to go hike for my YouTube channel. It's a double-edged sword for sure!

I can definitely understand, I took about a 5 year hiatus and it was good. I could go and enjoy myself at the range and not worry about if the camera was picking things up. I do miss Crocket's videos though, he made some gorgeous vids. Thanks for the video, I appreciate it!
