This really simple recipe of Roasted Potato is by far the best I have tasted! These are so flavorful!

Ingredients
2 1bs potatoes (cut into pieces)
3 gloves garlic (grated)
1 -2 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp Cajun and dried parsley
1 tsp salt

Baked @ 400 degree Fahrenheit for 45minutes or until nicely roasted.
