2022 Bronco Sport RDU problems and noise or shudder on the rear differential #ford #broncosport #rdu

If you have a shudder or chattering noise on the rear of your Bronco Sport, there is a TSB from Ford which recommends to take your Bronco Sport to have the rear differential unit hose replaced for the updated part and replacing the fluid with an updated fluid with friction modifiers. My BS Sport Big Bend only had 10K miles when the noise started. Luckily, it came with the updated hose so the dealer only replaced the fluid and added a friction modifier. Dealer took care of everything and was covered under warranty. Do not wait until it worsens or avoid using the 4WD system on hard surfaces.
