Loved Hester! The depiction of needlework and color play as a source of female power and artistic expression is 🫶.

Also can't get enough of how synesthesia was being juxtaposed against witchcraft to show how "difference" is often demonized to create pariahs. A brilliant and searing perspective, and I ate it right up!
