As the weight gets heavier how does this not hurt your wrist? I’ve been encountering this issue, especially with presses and thrusters are the worse.

Honestly I think they way you hold it is bad for your wrist..

Friggin Ben strong as hell with a body weight strict press. Good for you. If I could cut back down 20-25lbs and keep my strength still I would be close to body weight strict press.
