This Hobbit Hole Inspired build was a lot of fun. Finding inspiration from The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit films as well as all the amazing art and builds out there on the interwebs.
Its beautiful on the table and beautiful on a shelf as a display piece.
This build can be used in any table top gaming situation from DnD to Warhammer.

Man, you speak of when you were a kid and Your Dad taking you to the Cinema to see the movie.. Geez I Feel OLD, I remember my 5th Grade Teacher Reading The Hobbit in Our Class. I WAS HOOKED.. I am 59 so they says something, and I have Books all the way back well over 250 books I have collected, and almost ALL the Lego Sets. Which I have Never Opened! Don't quote me on my herb lore but I'd say those are bottle brush seeds. Just went out the front and grabbed some from my bottle brush. They are a little smaller than what you have but the idea is there and these will work brilliantly!

Watched with my partner and now they also want to make one of these! This build looks amazing and I love the explosion of color with all the tufts and little plants, I think that it's never too much in that regard 😁!

I remember going to see the first LotR movie with both of my parents. My dad became obsessed with the leaf shaped cloak pins that the hobbits wore. At the time we made a lot of jewelry.

Very nice. For the wattle fence you would probably want wires instead of twine. But as you said a rope fence would be very nice too. With a bit of overgrown moss on it because hemp is a natural bed for the stuff.

That polystyrene cutter you're using, is that a hot wire cutter or does it use vibration? Is it a power sword or a vibro blade? I always cutting polystyrene and back in my day you weren't allowed to have hot wires to cut polystyrene in Aus. Might've changed but I don't see why it would've. P.S. Have you seen those wire cutting tables folks have? Bit beyond me, think I'll stick with hand tools.

I LOVE Hobbit holes! I entered into one once, but very unhobbit-like, their hole wasn't clean, they had a very dirty hole. They invited me to come on back, but... I'll never enter their dirty little hobbit-hole again!
