How I Turned My Basement Into a Hobbit Hole

I am getting asked so much about the Hobbit Hole. Yes... this is my art studio. It used to be my basement.

My friend Ron and his son Steven were so generous to offer their time and talent. This is all them. I only helped a little bit here and there (so long as I wasn't in the way).
