I luv the Okuma range of reels. As they go down to micro spinning reels ( 500s ) . As I do alot of fly fishing, so if no room for the back cast ( to much bushes & over hanging trees) I swap out to. Micro spinning reel.

I bought the 3000 & 4000 ninja reels to take over from my excellent Sheakspeare 3 & 4000 reels. I bought the 4000 ninja first, it blew me away its weight compared to my sheakspeare reel, heavy as hell, very disappointed to say the least, put me in a quandry, should i buy the 3000, as I bought the 4000 online, a local tackle dealer got a 3000 in, see if he could sell them, on holding this reel, I walked out of his shop a happy bunny, it was so light, hard to believe over the very heavy 4000, all i can say, before buying a 4000 & above in the latest ninja range, check their weight first.
