Easily the best ambassador for not just bodybuilding but chasing dreams. His supplement, merch., and real-estate investments...dude is great in business as well. I listened to him on a podcast talk about ROI, interest rates, housing mrkts and I was blown away how smart he was w/ regard to real-estate.

I appreciate Jay saying he "doesn't train hard" because it's important to put into context that this level of volume is only possible if you lower your intensity.

There is nothing wrong with this approach and obviously it took Jay to the top - But it's important newbies understand that you can't train 6 days training every set to true muscular failure. For 99% of natties that's going to mean under-recovery and plateau.

Volume and Intensity are in an inverse relationship and it's about finding your personal balance of the two.

No Jay, don't push yourself too hard. Your body takes too long to recover for you to be breaking it. And besides i wanna see you looking huge as you are so i can tell ppl you're the goat

If any of you paid attention to what Jay was (outstanding) and what he is right now, It is really remarkable and can not be overly stated how this may very well be his best version. Learn to really see.

I personally have a 4 day split and train 4 days per week. Which has significantly lowered my fatigue, aka no more overtraining.
