Mr. Cutler is such a decent human being. He’s so authentic so real bumped into many times in the gyms in Las Vegas with my kids. Guy will run out and grab a magazine for a fan decent human being very kind. What about heart rate?

This and swimming are the best cardio for cutting and not losing a bunch of muscle mass.

I am a living witness. I used to do these a lot when I was younger. Not in a cute fashion, but FOR REAL and my muscles around my knees were unworldly astonishing! DO THESE WITH THE MOST RESISTANT YOU CAN!

I love the stairs also best for cardio in my opinion

Started the stairmaster in 2001 when I was a morbidly obese teen and could only do 12mins tops. Fast forward to 2024, trying to set a PR of 3hrs on the stairmaster in one session, this machine will physically and mentally break you down and build you back up into a different being, hands down best cardio machine ever.

I have a question. Do you do the stepper after you strength training or on your rest day because I used to do it after strength training but I stop now I do it on my rest day

What level? I do 20-30 minutes on that exact machine at level 10-12. Killer!

Not Cardio your doin it's fat burning Cardio is when you raise your heart rate
