Materials and sizing:
Aran weight 4 yarn
Scissors
Yarn needles
Hook dependant on size-
0-3months 3.0mm C or 11 hook
Length of sole 9cm 3 1/2”
3-6 months 3.5mm E or 9 hook
Length of sole 10cm 4”
6-12months 4.0mm G or 7
Length of sole 11cm 4 1/2”
If your gauge differs from mine try using different hook to get desired size

I just had to say how amazingly easy this free pattern is. I've spent two weeks trying to follow other patterns unsuccessfully. I actually paid for some of them!This one simply works. It's a genius idea to use Aran yarn because it makes a nice firm bootie. I've written out the pattern and will be making many more. I found I had to go up a half size in my crochet hook, but that could be me crocheting too tightly. Thanks for this one and the easy adaption in your other pattern to add a cuff.
