Great video. In my work, I have had the opportunity to do several public interviews with Lionel and his honesty and authentic-ness shines through. I sense that is the attraction with so many Age-Group triathletes - he's just like them, figuring it all out as he goes along!

Loved the music and editing of the video. I have followed lots of what Lionel posts but I am curious to know how he stays injury free? I have never seen anything that talks about him getting regular massage, physio or doing strength training. Obviously, pro athletes have a better ability to recover than most of us but still with all that wear and tear on his body training how does he avoid injury?

I can't quite nail down what it is but he is maybe the most authentic athlete I've heard talk about their craft.

Question: in all your analysis and data-mining, when you purely perceive something different without evidence (such as the electrolyte deplete bike being "off") how do you decide what is causation and what is a one-off/outlier/insignificant perception of variance?
