The Ho’ala Swim at the weekend - Lionel did 58:35, not great! Lots of smack talk about Jan Frodeno but I'm not buying it (and I'm Canadian). Say all you like about the swim times not being important, but psychologically that was a 2nd Tier performance. If he does that on Saturday it'll be game over!
