I noticed that her hips slightly dip down (as opposed to hinge). What are some advantages of this technique and is this technique safe on the hips and knees? I also watched her doing the same with hang power snatch. Thanks!

actually she is doing it wrong, the bar should go down to the lower part of the thigh so the spine keeps a neutral position
