#10 Ford F-150

For more than 75 years, the F-Series has maintained a dominant presence as the best-selling model in the US for the past 46 years. However, in the most recent JD Power rating, it has shifted to a close second position, trailing behind the Silverado. In 2024, the F-150 truck is poised to uphold its competitive stance by unveiling a renewed exterior design and introducing a new base engine.

#9 Toyota Tundra

If you are looking for reliable full-size truck, Toyota Tundra finishes in the bottom half of the reliability list, but still offers unbeatable resale value, proven engines, and a premium cabin with modern technology.

#8 Honda Ridgeline

Honda Ridgeline wins buyers with its comfy cabin, great sound insulation, and pleasant ride quality, paired with initial buyer satisfaction, long-term reliability and high resale value.

#7 Chevrolet Silverado

GM is making a strong comeback in JD Power's rankings, and their primary revenue generator is at the forefront of this resurgence. The latest Silverado offers a variety of configurations catering to every driver's needs, ranging from basic single-cab models to the highly capable ZR2 off-roader.

#6 Toyota Tacoma

Toyota Tacoma is the second Toyota on our today’s list. It sits in the middle of the lineup, but the fully redesigned 2024 version of the truck promises to boost buyer satisfaction and reliability.

#5 Nissan Frontier

Nissan Frontier is regarded one of the best mid-size trucks on the US market: it has solid underpinnings, a powerful engine, an affordable starting price, and plenty of trims for any budget.

#4 Jeep Gladiator

Jeep Gladiator is retro-styled mid-size truck, based on the fan-favorite Jeep Wrangler. The latest 2022 and 2023 models have rated great for quality and reliability, while also having best and great scores for resale value according to JD Power.

#3 GMC Sierra 1500

Despite being essentially a more luxurious version of the Chevrolet Silverado, the Sierra surprisingly receives slightly lower dependability ratings. In 2024, it provides flexibility with choices including a single cab, double cab, or four-door crew cab, with bed lengths spanning from 5.8 to 8.2 feet.

#2 Ford Ranger

Since its reintroduction to the US market, the Ford Ranger has consistently demonstrated impressive performance and reliability ratings. Building on the international redesign, the 2024 model marks the truck's fifth generation in the domestic market, featuring a striking front-end design inspired by the larger F-150.

#1 Ram 1500

To ensure that the Ram 1500 remains unchallenged in the coming years, Stellantis has already introduced the enhanced lineup, distinguished as the most potent, feature-rich, and unequivocally comfortable.

The ram truck is not more reliable than some of his competitors like Toyota. I have a 2019 ram and I have a Toyota tundra. I never have problems with the Toyota, but I had all kind of problems with the ram so the ram is not reliable you had trouble with your block, you had trouble with the air Lincoln water or fluid in the front
