A price right up front would be nice . I've watched several of the Medi videos price was never mentioned.

I'm thinking of getting this or a 10, 000 BTU. Not doing the phone app thing as we're in a cell dead spot and also have no wi fi as the trees nearby block the signal. I was looking for operational and quality feedback which you have given, , , thanks a bunch.

I bought one because of your video, I do have a question though. It says to leave the drain plug installed for proper operation. If you could clarify, does it need a drain or not?

I have the 12k because costco was sold out of the smaller ones and it's fine most of the time but sometimes it sounds like a jet plane taking off and rattles a bunch. Any idea what causes that and if it's fixable?

Got the 8000 BTU with ionizer from Costco for $300. Best price out of anywhere

I picked up an 8k for my bedroom and a 12k for my living room area. They’re definitely worth every penny

Bought two unit and fell in love with them until one of them acted up and won’t power on. Bought it in April 2024 and only used it a few times. Reliability is questionable. My 15 year old LG works every time but not as cool. Now I am claiming warranty and the manufacturer ask for a bunch of evidence. I submitted them all but we’ll see if they will honor it. Get a repair person out worth as much as the AC unit itself. I am still under 1 year warranty. Hopefully I don’t have to trash it.

I have been having ongoing issue with the drainage of my 12 K unit, It is tilted back I live in a dry state, but I cannot tell where the water is suppose to drain out. So far my unit is getting algae and rust. I have called CS, not the most useful with a slight language barrier and a real world experience. They only offer a 90 day warranty, I purchased mine from Amazon and got the 3 year warranty.

Is that a plastic adhesive tape that you used to seal both sides of the window? If so, where do I buy it?
