Kuvira had an understandable motive and she isn't unhinged, so she would be more composed than Azula in a fight

Kuvira and Azula are pretty different, especially in the key fact that Kuvira acted rationally in what she thought was right, but Azula knew she was doing cruel and wrong things, but continued knowing it would please their father, Kuvira is not a villain, she is an antagonist, Azula is a Villain and antagonist

Azula is also 10 years younger than Kuvira, it's obvious she won't have her charisma and, considering her environment and the normal immaturity at that age, it's normal she would think that scaring people is a safe way to control them

Kuvira is more in control with her surroundings and Azula has one too many screws loose

Somehow, these two would get along well

I don't know if I'd say Azula has less charisma... In DND intimidation is a charisma check. 😂

They’re both nuts, just a different brand!

Kuvira was actually a very good person who took things too far. This is why she could build such a following and had such support. Fear was only a tool, that she first only used against criminals. However, she started taking things too far and radicalized. Azula was your basic psycho: she laughed at how her brother was scarred and only wants to inspire fear. I'd literally see her killing her father if she thinks she can.

Kuvira was the best villain in the whole franchise.

I'd see an alternate reality when they lead their empires against each other

Azula went through a different type of abuse, her father used psychological manipulation and conditioning on her to make her a perfect and loyal weapon. She was terrified of being anything less than perfect because she was afraid of being thrown away by the fire lord, she believed fear gave control and conflated it with adoration. When her friends abandoned her and she lost her control over them her ideals crack slowly shattering her reality, that whole time she was still focused on proving she deserved her father's love and respect, she didnt finally break until after she was defeated by Katara completely destroying her illusion of being perfect. Her mind permanently broke when everything she believed turned out to be a lie.

As a kid then and as an an (kinda) adult now I was on Kuvira's side, she seemed and seems logical. It'd be better if Kora would help her restable the Earth Kingdom

Azula definitely looks good in Kuvira’s gear

Kuvira is far more sane than Azula, but that also makes her seem irredeemable where Azula has promise. Kuvira had no tragic backstory or reason to hurt others and use militaristic tactics to conquer cities, meanwhile Azula was groomed by her father to be a phycopathic perfectionist who developed mental illness
