I love how Toph never gets nerfed. Others seem to forget the lessons and powers they learned from previous books but Toph just keeps getting better.

Avatar: The last Airbender did something that very few shows can manage these days - they managed to make me like every character in the show except the villain.
To this day, one of my favorite shows, easily.

One thing I love about Toph is how fluidly her movements are. She's a earth bender but she moves like it's water. I think it's such a cool touch to her character in general.

I love how they go for strategies that SHOULD work, keeping themselves in the air to throw attacks she couldn't sense, but she still manages to detect those attacks with her hearing and counter them. It just goes to show that Toph knows her own weaknesses and has developed measures to circumvent them.
