In this video, I'm sharing with you an easy DIY tutorial for this cute summer puffed sleeve square neck top that can also be worn off shoulder. It's made from I transform my native traditional Iro and Buba outfit into a simple reformation style blouse and skirt. It's a puff sleeve square neck shirred bodice top. The blouse has a shirred bodice with puffy sleeves, and the skirt has a shirred waistband with a front slit. The Iro and Buba is the traditional wear of the Yoruba tribe in West Africa, Nigeria. It is basically a boxy blouse with a wrapper. I love my culture and the attire, but I have had this particular outfit for a while now and I don't wear it a lot mostly because I do not have an event to wear it to. So, I decided to try out the reformation style that I see is on-trend, and turn my tradition wear which has a lot of fabric into modern wear that I can wear more often.
