I am confused, are you showing the Internal Rate of Return for the policy? I’ve been told by several IBC agents that if a company’s dividend rate is 6%, that is before the cost of insurance and other policy expenses, the actual Internal Rate of Return is anywhere between 3.5% -5%..I was planning to take income during retirement from the policy and they told me that WL policy is a great storage vehicle and a phenomenal Banking system but a poor retirement vehicle because the Internal Rate of Return will never equal or be better than the Policy loan interest rate but in your example you are showing a 1% positive spread with a Policy loan..am I missing something or am I misinformed by other agents?
