All I wanted was a controller. I started waiting in line before 6am central time and was told I was early in line. When it was time to pre order I was kicked from the line. Then I waited again. I was able to add one to my cart but when I clicked my cart it said my cart is empty. I miss the days where anyone could just walk into an actual store and buy anything easily.

Walmart is the worst. I received a cancellation message on November 10th, but it wasn’t for payment rather was just a generic “system issue”. I took that as they oversold somehow even though I got mine in wave one of preorders. What really takes the cake though is they just released a bunch tonight for sale. Unreal

I went thru the same thing, Sony showed shipped, UPS made a label/ we have not received the package..oh yes they did...but the workers can see its a ps5pro...and they took it, all they need is a cooperating guard...my sister worked at UPS for over 20yrs..stuff goes "missing" all the time. Remember ps5 & the Fed Ex workers..now they worked with UPS and its no different.

I got my PS5 30th Anniversary yesterday from Best Buy and guess what my box was opened and the seal broken. Also the box is torn and is not in very good condition. I’m going to be calling Best Buy today to give them a peace of my mind and demand a $100 gift card for the bs being they can’t just exchange me for another one🤬

The stuff they did ship, were packed horribly. My Portal and Edge both had damage to the packaging. Smh

I got the dual sense and dual sense edge controllers delivered the next day. Says shipped before ups got it but it updated that night and the controllers did come as stated.

Mine went back to ups. It was delayed and supposed to arrive yesterday but today it came this morning but I was at work and ups need a signature. 😢 now wait till monday. 😭😭

This is why I dont even bother. At the end of the day, it’s just the same machine but with grey panels instead of white. It’s not with it to get so worked up about it

THE MAILMAN STOLE THEM, IT HAPPENS TRUST ME, EVEN MAIL PEOPLE KNOW ABOUT ANNIVERSARY CONSOLE, THEY POST IT SO OFTEN THAT THEY KNOW WHATS INSIDE THE BOX AND THEY STEAL, THEN PUT ON RECORD THAT THEY HAVENT RECEIVED IT YET ETC. COZ WHEN YOUR DEALING WITH A PRO UNIT THAT GOES FOR $5000AUD+ ON EBAY ITS A WIN WIN FOR THE MAILMAN. 😁😁

Direct PlayStation is the worst thing ever that happened to Retail and I don't understand why they can't just sell it in brick stores and physical lines where collectors actually used to have a real chance to get these items

Also the best thing about physical lines you can use cash and cash is king no stupid security issues ever or a whack declines for no reason People you really need to be demanding in-store lines again and everybody needs to be making an uproar about it stop shopping online and all this scalping bull crap will be much better

I got the Portal and DualSense from Sony. The DualSense was on time but the Portal was a day late. I wss getting a little worried but relieved when it arrived.

IF ITEMS ARE TRULY MISSING, THE CUSTOMERS WOULD JUST GET A FULL REFUND AND MISS OUT ON THE ITEM/S. BUT THEN SONY HAS TO MAKE A CLAIM WITH THEIR INSURANCE COMPANY/OR POST OFFICE FOR MISSING ITEMS AND THAT THEY NEED TO BE REIMBURSED AS WELL. IT GETS VERY COMPLEX.

Glad I spent my money on those instead of PS5 Anniversary Editions. But in all seriousness, this stinks. I hope the people effected (who aren't scalpers) get this resolved.
