Here is a size comparison video between a tank style watch and a regular dress watch

A good rule of thumb is to divide your preferred "round" watch diameter with **1.5** to get a similar wearing experience of a "square"/"rectangle" watch.
E.g. if round dress watch = 36mm, the equivalent tank watch dimensions would be 36/1.5 = 24mm.
