Great video Matty! However regarding carb cycling, it can be a very effectiv tool when you hit a plateau and want to boost your metabolism. So for example that can be: 60-80 grams of carbohydrates for 2 days, then the third day about 300-500 grams of carbohydrates, depending on bodyweight and age. And then repeat.
