Today’s Pilates Reformer Workout will focus on Shoulder Health, Shoulder Mobility & Stability. We will start off on the Reformer with two rotator cuff exercises ( Internal & External Rotation) then will progress into strengthening the Postural Muscles of the upper back (Rear Deltoids, Lower Trapezius Muscles & Terres
Major) that also support the Shoulder as well.
