I have the CM Q500L myself, and I think the Q300L is almost identical. Just a word of warning about it: The exhaust fan is extremely low quality. Mine seemed to sync with the internal frequency of the case, which caused it to rattle and hum very loudly. Swapped it with a Noctua 120mm redux and now it's pretty much silent. The case itself is decent, especially for low budget builds. I've seen people have airflow issues with higher end parts. It only comes with an exhaust fan and in the Q500L the PSU is located at the front intake, so that's probably why. I bought one 120mm intake fan, and one 80mm exhaust fan which sits right under the GPU (blowing out the back), and temps are perfect with that setup.

For just 5 dollar extra you could have gotten the Ryzen 5 5500

Im subscribing after this video and im actually planning to get this build done my self no, i very much appreciate the fact you set the title as “400” and it was actually pretty much 400$ unlike other tech creators they make a “500” build according to the title but when you try making the same build its off the 500 mark which I understand if its 20 bucks over which is fine but I keep finding builds that are in 600 range when the title said 500 but either way great vid and hope to see more

great video! would spent abit more and possibly get a used 6600 or 5700xt as its leaps over the 580.

it's a nice build, but would be good to mention that there's practically no upgrade path.
The VRM on that MoBo wont really be able to handle better CPUs without severe thermal throttling and the PSU will also limit future GPU upgrade options.

Really liked your video! Very similar to a build I did recently. If you’re thinking of repeating this build, please please please, pony up a bit more money for an arc A580. Your graphics score will more than double for like $50 more or less

That GPU looks aesthetically awesome. We have the same GPU but mine's another chinese brand

Just a few things that could be better in my opinion:
1. You can get an a320 or b350 board for cheaper and pair it with a used ryzen 2600. The 2600 has higher L3 cache than the 4500 so it performs better in some cases plus you can get it almost anywhere in the 2nd hand market.
2. You overpaid for an rx580 2048sp. Those go for like 70$. You could have gotten better deals for an actual rx580 2304sp.
Lots for room for improvement when you consider the 2nd hand market since places like ebay or even Chinese resellers are flooded with good stuff available to anyone in the world.

May I ask, why did you go with a brand new RX580, instead of a used card like the GTX1660 or even the RX 580 non-2048, since those are significantly better than the RX580 2048?
