The Citi setup is horribly Under rated. Decent partners, great multipliers and very good categories. If they can get AA as a transfer partner, it would probably set the credit card universe we live in on fire. Great video brother! Didnt have you making a citi video on my bingo card 😂😂

I agree! it is the best trifecta / quadfecta for everyday spend! -- if you're going to commit to 1 ecosystem.
Having said that, I think Tri-fectas overall are a BIT overrated. :)

I like the Citi cards. With the CCC’s giving 5x on a good amount of categories you can earn a lot. Between me and P2 I will try and get as many CCC’s as I can 😂😂

Love this Jon!! I agree with you that the Citi Trifecta is incredibly underrated! Travel partners are better than what people think, super strong earning categories and love to see them add travel protections recently!

All true my man. As a pure everyday spend setup, the combination of Citi TY point cards is as good as it gets. For the ultimate in simplicity, the Strata is a powerhouse as a single card approach, for anyone that doesn't want to deal with a multi-card setup.

My only trepidation with Citi is the customer service and their propensity to lock cards when they detect something potentially fraudulent

Your description of a trip from Indy to Cleveland paints a very good picture of how powerful the Citi trifecta is! The Citi trifecta beats Amex, Capital One, Chase, and Wells Fargo in the travel, dining, groceries, and gas categories, combined. All the other ecosystems lack at least one category in which Citi offers st least 3x points. This kind of makes me want to complete my Citi trifecta. Currently, I have the Custom Cash and usually I use it for gas, or sometimes dining.
