In this video we take a closer look at the Citi trifecta of cards and see how good it really is? Can it rival with chase or American Express trifecta's or does it fall short. There's no doubt that Citibank has been busy revamping their cards and making them more competitive.

Thanks for this review. I was waiting on your review of the Citi trifecta. For me, I'd pick the citi over the Chase trifecta. Citi is superior in earning rewards in the two categories that matter most to me, gas (Custom) and groceries (Premier). I just don't find huge value in the travel portal featues of either Chase or Cit. I use my Marriott Brilliant for all hotels and flights. I almost exclusivelyfly Delta and stay 99% at Marriotts. The only time Chase travel portal may be good for me is maybe for car rentals and the primary car rental coverage throigh Sapphire Preferred. I won't use either travel portal for hotels unless its for the one time annual hotel credit benefit, but not otherwise. I don't care or need the extra the travel protection that Chase provides so that's not a valuable featute for me. I can get the travel protection when using my Marriott Brilliant. And finally none of the travel partner options for Chase or Citi are ones I would ever use. Maybe Southwest with Citi?. I don't ever seem ti have an opportunity to redeem at high values with thesw Citi or Chase travel partners, but especially the Chase ones. I suppose that I am really just redeeming for cash back mostly. What do you think? Thanks for another great review. This is your best one yet.
