Are you forgetting that the Philippines were controlled by the United States? Not to mention the lend lease program before official US involvement

Hello. The Bomb still would have been made.
But Soviet and Japan definitely HATED one another. I imagine they would have had a collosal struggle instead us of us/Russia cold war.
Thoughts anyone?
