Wow, this video is a year old! I hope this was helpful as we navigated food shortages or not being able to go to the store regularly at the beginning of the pandemic and also helpful now as you have discovered the ease of making these and how delicious they are! 2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
Mix together.
3 tbsp oil, coconut, olive; whatever.
3/4 cup water
Add more flour, if too sticky.
Let rest 10 min.
Heat skillet
Divide dough into 8 pieces.
Flour work surface.
Roll dough as flat as possible.
Cook 1 min each side.

Great recipe! The tortillas came out delicious and super easy to roll out really thin! The other recipes called for baking soda, but I didn't want to add that. Turns out that I don't even need it! ❤️
