Tortillas become more pliable when soaked in water otherwise they puff up when dry. Thanks for posting this! It is easy to follow.

I pour the eggs in the skillet first then put the tortillas on top of the eggs while they're still juicy then flip when the eggs are done and put shredded cheese on top, when the cheese is melted the tortilla is crispy enough so I'll take it off and fold it into a taco shape. The wife and kids love them and they take very little time to make

This is the most original recipe I've seen in a very long time. Can't wait to try it.

This came out superb. I did mine a litle bit different ....I diced the tomatoes and put them inside with the eggs and spinach. No tomato sauce, but just liberal on the cheese. I also put a little salted butter in the pan first & cooked both sides for an extra minute....Perfecto. I will be doing it again but this time with chopped bacon or ham.

Just made these 😁
Turned out my wraps were too small, my eggs to big, my stove too hot because we cook on butane...
But boy, with a little adapting here and there...
It did taste delicious 🤩🤩
Thank you for this great idea 🎉🎉🎉

I think canned black beans or refried beans would be terrific in this recipe. They’re so delicious with tortillas.
