I know what it is. This just happened to me. 10/25/2021 I went to the woods with my 3 dogs and when I got back, they had tick and flea bites. I bathed them in oil and washed them. The fleas apparently got mad that I was killing all of them. Jumped on me and attacked me. I am left with this weird reaction as well.

Here in San Diego. My wife got bit and it bruised massive. Now the bruise is fading but major pain still remains. Its been a week. Never seen anything like it. I've been bit and stung by a lot of insects, but this is new to me. Looks like the jab. Nuts.

Same thing happened to me not as bad but ended up with a bruise and it also hurt. I couldn't believe it .
