and the symbolic thing with Neji and the bird, honestly I just thought it was something random that was put in to fill a little time. I did not get the connection at all so you really aren't alone in that.

In those episodes where naruto and sasuke are fighting in the final valley. Sometimes there is a waterfall and sometimes there isn't, the water is like very high tide or something and goes up to madara's and hashirama's hips, but then later on goes back to the waterfall.

Did you notice that in the chunin exams and a while after sasuke had a new outfit but after the filler his haircut is normal and his old outfit is back he also become weaker that's weird

There’s a few short moments where you see Minato, obito, rin, and kakashi In a few short moments from time to time. One of them is during the 3rd hokage and orochimaru fight, another is when kakashi is recovering after itachi uses tsukoyomi on him.
