My only problem with the theory of C4 being in prison and introducing the other Smiling Critters is the fact that when the scene with Dog Day begins, he immidently tells the player that he's, "The last of the Smiling Critters." Which may confirm that hes either the last one alive, or, he doesnt know where the rest of them are, and has given up hope.

In another theory video I’ve seen, they believed that Ludwig wasn’t the prototype. Their evidence was that, in Ch2, when in Ludwig’s office at the beginning, there’s a drawing hung on the wall that was made for him, and at the the top of it you can see the prototypes hand!!

OH, I'VE HAD THIS THEORY! The we might be Harley Sawyer one, it would be a very interesting arc. Really, everything that went down for the Hour was done by the Bigger Bodies which were created by Sawyer. It's possible that maybe Sawyer got chucked into the destroy-a-toy pit (Season 2 teaser video for Project Playtime) and came back as one of his own creations. I could see that going two ways (assuming it's true): 1 Sawyer takes a turn realizing all the death and despair was his fault turns good (ish) and tries to set things right; 2 it makes him even more vengeful and maybe the Prototype isn't the final end-all boss but merely a pawn at it's own game
