It's disheartening not being able to hear this video because of your out-going volume setting.
You guys share so much valuable and very-hard to find information, and I am grateful for that.

Thank you Dr Sean Hashmi & Michele for your effort to share this video. My question is, can walking for more than 30mins daily help treating Anemia?

Thx Dr Hashmi for this excellent and lifesaving Infos as always. In general these kind of Infos are rarely told to the large public with so clarity and accuracy .
At 73 yrs, my EGFR is 72 and my hsCRP is 0.15 but my hemoglobin is around 12 g and doesn't increase despite iron supplements. No diabetes or hypertention.stomach fibroscopy and colonoscopy also normal. Maybe 12 g hemoglobin and low ferritin are healthy for me. Are there other alternatives ?

Hi Doc, why would a hemoglobin level of more than 11 increase the risk of mortality and stroke for people with CKD? I tried googling it but I couldn't find any answer. Thank you
