Number four is huge for me. I recently realized that I was holding myself back in various situations because I was worried that I make myself look like a fool. I think this behaviour stems from my highschool years, where I wasn't exactly one of the popular kids and I got picked on from time to time. So my default strategy was to not to engage because I was afraid of getting ridiculed. But now I'm a completly different man and I can't afford it anymore to hold myself back. Fuck what everyone else thinks of you! Being bad at something and looking stupid at first is normal and expected. Forgive yourself and if you keep at it great things will come. And btw, if you feel your inner critic talking just shoo him away. He has no place in your thoughts. Get up and try again.

as a woman i think this video is also really helpful. ive learned about my value in life, even if im not a man, but having high self esteem, working out more and just generally becoming a better person would be really good. all the messages here i find can be applied to myself, and ik a lot of ppl will find me annoying because some 5 foot tall woman with no tits or ass has self confidence and cant be taken advantage of easily.
