Love the pan you use, must give good heat to the food as you cook and is it a little heavy, but I notice the food doesn’t stick. Also these ones are Yummee little buggers.

Dude you should check out some tweezer style tongs. I kinda just found out about them but they should be everything I'm looking for in flipping little suckers like these brussels or potatoes, etc.
