The same thing happened to us on the Allure. Only our son was registered in the room. Took over an hour but we were able to board. Also had no room key, drink package did not show up. No loyalty benefits. We had to visit guest services almost every day. Besides that we had a great cruise. Hope they fixed the the glitch that caused that mess. About to sail Allure again 🤞😳😳. I think I was on the same sailing as you.

The manifest thing happened to me as well on Oasis of the Seas in Miami December 2022...I was removed as the primary guest and my 12 year old son placed as the primary (not my wife)....can you imagine my 12 year old son had the ultimate drink package?? I tried to buy a drink with the card they said was all set and my son's picture was coming up. Needless to say I spent my entire first day at customer service and reimbursed for nothing (5 visits on the worst day to go there)
