Trap 3 raise. Very good for shoulder health. Opt for a neutral grip instead of thumb out. If possible, do on a hyper extension for more resistance and blast through till almost failure and hit negatives only keeping shoulders packed.

Yo that shit is actually optimal. Cuz you first work the delt in the shortened position and then in the mid to lengthened position with Laterals Raises. It actually is a mechanical dropped
