The booth boys talk about Bowman's struggles with anxiety and his struggles after it is brought up by Dale Jr. This moment caused Jim Utter to refer to Bowman as "Anxiety Alex" which caused an uproar in the media community, especially from someone who complains about professionalism in the media center

As someone with an anxiety disorder, I don't really see anything wrong with what they're saying. They're not laughing at Bowman or mental health; it seems more like an incredulous chuckle that Bowman could deal with anxiety on top of the stress of racing.

On the other hand, Jim Utter's tweets clearly are meant to undermine mental health discussion and are very insensitive towards people dealing with mental illness, not to mention disrespectful to Alex Bowman who has raced great this season.
