I don’t have those wires to connect the positive to the negative. I checked the fuse box under my hood. But my car is missing the 2nd and 4th brown caps. I did switch the green fuses that you suggested. Still nothing. I have a 2011 Hyundai sonata hybrid. It’s till showing the car with the key inside on the dash. I’ve tried EVERYTHING! 😩 I’ve replaced the car battery on my trunk with a new one, I’ve replaced the battery in the key fob. I’ve tried resetting it with the actual key putting it in the door and unlocking and locking it a few times, I’ve held down the start button for 30 seconds, etc, etc, etc. Please help. It’s turning over but not cranking. So the radio comes on and I can let my windows up and down.
