Ive been diagnosed with AI since 8/19and I have hyperpigmentation and a few family members also have symptoms along with hyperpigmentation. Anyhow just wondering if anyone has experienced a crisis when given B12 shots. I am also being tested for MG because of tremors and uncontrolled muscle movement of neck vocals arms. And I have never experienced any anorexia. Does anyone out there have similar experience?

Thanks for info, i take The same dose as you but I don’t do any vitamins, I think I’m going to take vit D cos I have have lots of pain in my back in my bones, hips also get sore ( don’t really know if vitamin d will help but it won’t hurt trying). And I must give a look at Dhea, will most definitely resurch more on this. Thank you for helping I appreciate your support xoxo

Hi Vanessa. Thank you so much for this great video. I am thinking about taking vitamin D3 to prevent osteoporosis cause I do not get enough from my diet. Maybe from the sun I get quite a bit here in Mexico but I'm not sure about that so...
Also my endocrinologist recommended that I take DEHA, have to see if I can find it here.
I have a little question about your steroids dosage..how does your doctor determine how much you should take? Mine is kind of guessing...do you make any blood tests for that? Thank you so much!
