Export Frame from After Effects to Photoshop

Exporting single frames or still images of an Animation from After Effectscan be useful for later reference, sending ideas to a colleague, sharing a design or refining a look in Photoshop.

The process of exporting frames from After Effects is pretty easy and straight forward, but as always there are one or two possible pitfalls in the process.

In this Tutorial I'll show you two ways to export a frame from After Effects, each serving a different purpose.

Great Video! But is there a way to export editable paths from AE to PS?

*I have a question please!* I have an AE comp set to HD 1920x1080, I export Save Frame as.../Photoshop Layers. However in Photoshop the file dimensions are 480x270 72dpi . Some kind of resampling is happening, how do I turn this off?

Why would youn eed to render something as Photoshop sequence? even if you want to retouch something in Ps you can export it as PNG, so why then? hmm..
