Why did you have to spray windex? Wouldn't the water content of the windex make it less sticky?

They sell one that is more like a car wrap. Thicker and super shiny, and I believe more durable, and it looks more real. In case you do this again in the future.

This looks great! I just ordered my contact paper from amazon! I ordered a wider roll so I'd have less seams, I was worried you would be able to see the seams, but all the tutorials I've seen they are barely noticeable! Just overlap a tiny bit!

I suggest not using the spray technique windex or other as it takes long to dry underneath and some contact type paper does not stick or stay sticky when moisture is added. LEARNED THE HARD WAY LOL

Not explain the ing windex? Did you kn just put wet windex under paper?

If you put a coat of epoxy or polyurethane over it, will it be permanent?

I used a hair dryer when mine wasn’t sticking that worked

Great video! I have the same contact paper but have been hesitant to use it because I was afraid I would have issues where the seams are. Can you feel them or do things catch on the seam?
